Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
blueberries *
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients until smooth.
Melt butter or margarine in a 9 x 9-inch or 10 x 6-inch pan.
Pour batter into pan.
Add blueberries on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Crust rises to top and browns.
Serve warm or cold with ice cream, milk or Cool Whip (even plain).
Serves 6 to 9.
