Snowy Mashed Potato Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium potatoes
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 clove garlic, crushed and finely minced
salt and pepper
paprika
butter
Preparation

Cook and peel potatoes and whip while still hot.
In a separate bowl, blend in cream cheese, sour cream, eggs and garlic.
Add this mixture to the whipped potatoes; season to taste, whip until light.
Spoon into a lightly greased ten-cup casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
At this point the casserole can be baked, or baked later, or covered and put aside for the next day.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
