Fiesta Mexicana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    4 green onions, sliced
    10 cherry tomatoes or 1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 large ripe avocado, chopped, sprinkled with lemon juice to keep from turning
    1/2 to 3/4 can sliced black olives
    1/3 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
    6 oz. grated sharp cheese
    6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 pkg. alfalfa sprouts
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in the order given.
    Mix the taco seasoning with the refried beans.
    Spread beans on large dinner plate, leaving about a 2-inch margin.
    Layer each (onions, tomatoes, avocado, olives and peppers).
    When placing cheese, sort of mold it and alfalfa sprouts with hands to form a ball-like mound. Chill and serve (scoop) with nacho chips.
