Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes (with or without added vegetables), let thaw a little
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix the potato soup, celery soup, sour cream, chopped onion, salt and pepper.
    Carefully mix potatoes into sauce.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the cheese over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
    Serves a group.
