Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. carrots, grated
Preparation
    Beat sugar, oil and eggs; add salt, cinnamon and soda.
    Mix well.
    Add flour gradually, then carrots and mix.
    Bake 3 layers at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
