Ingredients
- 
                            1 can beets
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. vinegar, diluted
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
Preparation
- 
                            Melt butter; add flour and cook slowly, stirring constantly to form a smooth paste.
Add vinegar, sugar and water; cook until thick.
Place beets in baking dish.
Pour sauce over beets.
Cover lightly.
Place in oven to cook with rest of oven meal.
