Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
    4 Tbsp. ol
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 green peppers, seeded and sliced
    2 lb. boneless pork, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 c. pineapple chunks
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch, stirred into 1/2 c. pineapple syrup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine carrots and oil in a 3-quart ovenware casserole dish. Cover.
    Cook in microwave oven 4 minutes.
