Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 boneless chicken breast halves
12 oz. cream of chicken soup
6 slices ham
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. half and half
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Melt margarine or butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan in oven.
Mix bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in eggs and roll in crumb mixture.
Place in pan. Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes.
Fold ham slice in half and place on top of chicken.
Heat cream of chicken, half and half and Mozzarella cheese in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir occasionally until cheese is melted.
Pour over ham and chicken.
