Single Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preparation

Combine.
Beat high speed for 5 minutes.
Put 1 vanilla wafer in miniature (2-inch) baking cup.
Put 1 tablespoon of batter in each.
Bake 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool and put on desired fruit topping.
