Snappy Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    9 oz. pkg. hot pepper cheese, cubed
    cracker crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook thawed spinach 3 minutes in boiling water; drain.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Slowly add milk while stirring.
    Add cheese; stir to melt.
    Pour over spinach in the casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Drizzle with butter.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
