Coconut Fruit Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 (14 fluid oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    5 1/4 c. (12 oz.) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
    2 2/3 c. (7 oz.) Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter.
    Press firmly into bottom of 9-inch square pan.
    Combine milk, rind and juice in large bowl.
    Fold in whipped topping and coconut.
    Spread half of mixture over crumbs.
    Arrange a layer of fruit; spread on remaining mixture.
    Arrange another layer of fruit on top.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
    Cut into squares.
