Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 small can evaporated milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 unbaked pie crusts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl until very smooth. Pour into pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
