Oven Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat (game or beef)
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll into 2 logs (approximately 2 x 5-inch).
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight (24 hours). Unwrap and bake in pan or on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. These freeze well.
    Serve with crackers or use in sandwiches.
