Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices stale bread, crust removed and broken
    3 eggs, beaten or 3/4 c. Egg Beaters
    No. 2 can crushed pineapple and juice
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Toss bread and margarine.
    Thoroughly mix eggs and sugar and add to bread.
    Add pineapple and juice.
    Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot or cold with ham or poultry or any time.
