Holiday Yam Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
 
1 (40 oz.) can yams or fresh yams
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation
- 
                            Drain yams; mash.
 
Drain pineapple; save juice.
Add juice to yams; add sugar and butter.
Stir in pineapple and nuts.
Put in greased casserole.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with marshmallows and bake 10 minutes more.
Serves 8.
