Bacon Cheese Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, cut in pieces
    1 can sliced pie apples
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    8 oz. shredded cheese
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; drain.
    Mix apples and sugar; spread in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Pour into casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
