Chocolate Marshmallow Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 13 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat until fluffy.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa and if desired, nuts.
Add to wet ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Spread in a greased 9x12-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over mixture; return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
Spread the melted marshmallows evenly over mixture using a knife dipped in water.
Allow to cool.
