Pineapple Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    juice from 1 lemon
Preparation
    Drain 1 cup juice from pineapple and discard.
    In large mixing bowl,
    mix flour, sugar and
    soda\tto
    blend.
    Combine eggs, sour cream, pineapple, oil,
    vanilla,
    lemon
    peel\tand lemon juice.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Stir
    until\tmoist.\tPour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at
    350\u00b0 for 65 to 70 minutes. Cool in pan for 20 minutes.
    Turn\tout
    on
    rack
    to finish cooling.
