Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans LeSueur peas
    2 cans Shoe Peg corn
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    5 fresh onions with tops, chopped or 1/2 chopped onion
    6 celery stalks, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large container, toss together peas, Shoe Peg corn, pimentos, onion, celery and bell pepper.
    Set aside.
    In small saucepan, mix vinegar, oil, sugar, water, black pepper and salt. Heat marinade until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool and pour over vegetables.
