Pecan Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 egg white (do not beat)
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and egg white.
    Add nuts and mix well.
    Drop on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 275\u00b0.
    Let cool before removing from cookie sheet.
