Eriko'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, skinned and cut
    3 medium size carrots, skinned and cut
    1 cucumber
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes (skinned) and carrots (skinned) in boiling water until potatoes and carrots are done.
    Slice cucumber in thin slices.
    Mix potatoes, carrots and cucumber in a bowl.
    Put in mayonnaise, salt and vinegar.
