Lamb Shanks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lamb shank, cut off fat
    1 can V-8 juice
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Put some onion and lamb shank in frying pan and saute.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Cook until hot, then pour over meat.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
    Cover.
