Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 pt. corn (equal to 1 can; I use 1 can creamed corn)
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; make a smooth paste of flour and milk. Add eggs, then melted butter and other ingredients.
Pour into buttered dish or casserole.
Set in pan of hot water.
Bake in moderate oven until firm like baked custard (45 to 60 minutes). If baked in microwave, bake 15 to 18 minutes on Level 5.
Pan of hot water not necessary in microwave.
