Coating For Chicken Or Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. Season-All
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Cut all ingredients together with a pastry blender and use mixer or blender to make it the consistency of cornmeal.
Makes 1 quart.
Store in refrigerator.
Replaces commercial \"Shake 'N Bake.\"
