Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Cornish hens
    1/2 c. butter or oleo (1 stick)
    1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine butter (melted), honey, salt and mustard.
    Mix well and pour over hens; bake 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes until hens are tender and brown.
