Algonquin Hazelnut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. ground, unblanched hazelnuts
    2 (4.5 gram) pkg. instant beef broth
    2 scallions, washed and sliced
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    5 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer together gently, stirring occasionally for 1 hour.
    Serve hot.
    Make the servings small, the soup is rich.
