Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Combine egg, milk and salad oil; add to dry ingredients, beating well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until done.
    Remove from pan; cool on rack.
