1/4 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. apple juice or apple cider
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onion (1 medium)
1 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. millet
1/3 c. quinoa
1/3 c. bulgur wheat
3 c. chicken stock or broth
