Fruited Three Grain Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. dried cherries
    1/4 c. dried apricots
    1/2 c. apple juice or apple cider
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onion (1 medium)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. millet
    1/3 c. quinoa
    1/3 c. bulgur wheat
    3 c. chicken stock or broth

    N.B. Health Food Stores carry millet, quinoa, bulgur and dried cherries.
