Lobster Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Provolone cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. white wine (optional)
    1 tsp. garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. fresh basil
    1 c. cooked lobster meat, cut up
Preparation
    Melt butter in a double boiler and stir in flour to make a roux.
    Slowly add milk and stir constantly until thickened.
    Add cheeses, wine and seasonings; cook until smooth.
    Mix lobster meat in and serve over noodles.
    Serves 4.
