Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    5 round tsp. meat cure
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. hickory smoke salt
    2 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. peppercorns
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly for 4 days.
    On the 5th day, form links and bake at 150\u00b0 for 10 hours.
