Chicken Liver Pat{2E - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    10 drops hot pepper sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Melt
    small
    amount of butter in saucepan.
    Add livers. Cook, covered,
    until no longer pink.
    Put through food mill. Mix livers with the juices and other ingredients.
    Put in dish and chill for several hours.
