Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes, peeled
    1/4 c. sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    salt
    pepper
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into chunks and boil in salted water until tender.
    Drain, then mash until all lumps are gone.
    Stir in cream cheese and sour cream until well blended.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
