Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, pared and sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Place thin sliced potatoes and onion in baking dish.
    Make mixture from other ingredients and pour over potatoes and onions. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
