Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef cubes
    6 to 8 carrots
    5 potatoes
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cut cubes into bite sizes.
    Peel carrots and potatoes.
    Cut into bite sizes.
    Put meat and vegetables into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour package of onion soup mix over all.
    Spoon cream of mushroom soup over all.
    Cover.
    Bake 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Easy and delicious.
