Szechuan Chicken(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 1/2-inch strips
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. oil (preferably sesame oil)
3 cloves garlic, minced
5 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 bunch green onions, cut in 1-inch strips
dash cayenne pepper
Preparation

Shake chicken strips in bag with cornstarch until coated. Stir-fry chicken and garlic in hot oil. Mix rest of ingredients, except onions, and pour over chicken.
Cook 3 minutes, covered. Uncover. Add onions and simmer 3 minutes uncovered.
