Beef Potato Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and pepper
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
    3 eggs
    1 2/3 c. milk
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in a large saucepan.
    Drain any grease. Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
    Simmer about 30 minutes.
