Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten slightly
    1 c. skim or 1% milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Pour egg in a medium bowl.
    Add all other items and beat well. Rinse custard cups with cold water to prevent sticking.
    Pour mixture into cups then place the cups in a shallow pan of water. Bake at 350\u00b0 until a knife stuck in the center comes out clean about 45 minutes.
    Makes 1 cup.
