Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 to 1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. sliced onion
pineapple chunks
Preparation

Brown pork in hot oil.
Add 1/4 cup water; cover and simmer for 1 hour or cook in oven until tender.
While pork is cooking, combine everything, except pepper, onion and pineapple.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
When pork is tender, pour over and let stand 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and return to stove or oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve over rice.
