60-Second Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 (15 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
1/4 tsp. almond extract
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
9-inch graham cracker crumb pie shell
sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip topping
Preparation

Fold blueberries into blueberry pie filling.
Add almond extract, lemon juice and rind.
Pour into pie shell and chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with whipped topping.
