Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1/3 c. pecans, chopped
2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
5/8 c. cream, whipped
lettuce
cantaloupe rings
seasonal fruit
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Fold in whipped cream.
Chill, covered, for at least 3 hours.
When ready to serve, line plate with lettuce.
Place cantaloupe ring on top.
Fill center with large scoop of chicken salad.
Decorate with seasonal fruit.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
