Cranapple Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tart apples (Stayman or McIntosh)
    1 box fresh cranberries
    1 c. mandarin oranges
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon peel, grated
    1/4 box white raisins
    3 Tbsp. white wine (Port)
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil cranberries until popped.
    Add sugar and raisins and boil 5 minutes.
    Take pan off heat and combine with all remaining ingredients.
    Chill.
    Serve with meat, poultry or game.
