Ingredients

1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 lb. whole chicken fryer without skin
1/4 c. unsalted margarine
Preparation

Cut up chicken into pieces.
Combine honey and yogurt.
In another bowl, combine corn flake crumbs, sesame seed, salt, ginger, paprika and pepper.
Dip chicken pieces in yogurt mixture and roll in crumb mixture until well coated.
Place in single layer on a greased baking pan.
Melt margarine and drizzle on chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
Do not cover or turn chicken during baking.
