Squash Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 yellow squash, sliced
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 large tomato, peeled and wedged
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 tsp. dried basil
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine vegetables and basil in 1 3/4 quart casserole sprayed with vegetable cooking spray; toss lightly.
Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
