Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 c. peeled apples, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    9-inch baked pie crust
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, salt and cinnamon with apple juice.
    Slice butter over top of sliced apples in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Pour juice mixture over apples and microwave for 15 minutes, until fork-tender.
    Cool for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Then add to shell. Refrigerate before serving.
    Top with Cool Whip or ice cream, if desired.
