Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced
6 eggs, boiled
1 Tbsp. sweet pickles, chopped or relish
1 Tbsp. mustard
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, chopped
dill seed
paprika
Preparation

Boil potatoes in water until soft; drain and mash.
Add chopped eggs, sweet pickles, onion, salt, mustard and mayonnaise. Mix well.
What you want is a rich consistency with a pale yellow color.
Add some pickle juice if more liquid is needed.
To fancy it up, save an egg or two, slice and arrange neatly on top. Sprinkle with paprika or dill seeds.
Sliced pickles look good too.
You can make more or less just by varying the amounts of the ingredients used.
