90-Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 to 5 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Add shortening, sugar, salt and enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place about 50 minutes.
    Turn out on a floured board.
    Make into rolls.
    Place in greased pan and allow to rise 20 minutes. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
