Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients.
Mix egg, milk and oil.
Add liquid to dry ingredients.
Add 1 cup chopped apples.
Fry in melted shortening or oil.
Serve with cinnamon and sugar on top. Yields 4 very large pancakes.
