Tuna Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can tuna, broken up
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Break up contents of tuna.
    Add egg and milk.
    Combine tuna mixture with dry ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Heat about 3/4-inch fat in large skillet and drop by heaping teaspoonfuls.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes until browned on all sides.
    Drain on paper towel.
