Fudgy Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. unsweetened chocolate or 12 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter together over hot water.
(If using cocoa, mix with flour and sugar.)
Beat eggs until foamy.
Add sugar, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Blend in chocolate mixture, then stir in sifted flour.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Spread in greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 40 minutes. Cool in pan; cut into squares or bars.
