Greg'S Dream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 eggs
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter; add cracker crumbs and mix thoroughly.
Pat into 9-inch cake pan.
Cream the cheese.
Separate eggs.
Beat whites until foamy.
Gradually add cream of tartar, mixed with 3 tablespoons sugar.
Continue beating until egg whites form stiff peaks.
Set aside.
Beat egg yolks, flour, sugar and salt until creamy.
Beat in cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Fold in sour cream and vanilla.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into cake pan and bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Turn off oven and leave cake in for 10 minutes.
When cool, put fresh fruit of your choice, or any canned pie filling, on top.
